Case Study: Education
Building a consistent admissions pipeline for a K-12 school
Client identity is kept confidential at their request.
The challenge
The situation
A K-12 school competing in a crowded local market had inconsistent admissions enquiries and relied heavily on word of mouth and seasonal spikes. The school needed to compete for non-branded local searches, improve how its website converted visitors into enquiries, and build a more predictable enquiry pipeline without an open-ended budget.
Our approach
What we did
Content strategy: built out content pillars covering Admissions, Academics, Facilities, Results, Alumni, Fees, Scholarships, Transport, and Events, with localised FAQ and topic clusters addressing real parent questions.
Technical and on-page SEO: structured data and Q&A-style content formatted to be easily summarised by search engines, alongside a broader technical SEO cleanup.
Conversion-focused UX: mobile-first design changes, including sticky call and WhatsApp calls-to-action, and a tour-booking system.
Paid search and social: Google Search campaigns combined with geo-fenced Meta Lead Ads and remarketing.
Outcome
The result
The school has sustained 600+ admissions every year for four consecutive years, replacing a previously inconsistent, largely word-of-mouth process with a repeatable, multi-channel pipeline.
