Our commitment

Taleef Technologies wants taleeftech.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat this as an ongoing goal we are actively working towards rather than a box that’s already ticked.

This statement reflects our current, good-faith approach. We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit of taleeftech.com, and we are not claiming verified conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA or any other standard at this time. As we continue to test and improve the Site, we’ll update this statement to reflect where things stand.

What we’re doing

As part of building and maintaining the Site, we try to:

• Use clear, readable text and sensible heading structure.
• Provide sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds.
• Make the Site navigable by keyboard, not just by mouse or touch.
• Provide meaningful alternative text for images where practical.
• Keep interactive elements, including forms and the TaleefAIBot chat widget, usable with assistive technologies where possible.

Known limitations

As a working commitment rather than a certified result, there may be parts of the Site that are not yet fully accessible: for example, some embedded third-party content (such as map embeds) may not meet the same standard we hold our own pages to, and some features may not yet have been tested with every assistive technology. We’re continuing to identify and address gaps like these as we find them.

This statement describes our good-faith, ongoing approach and does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or legal admission of conformance (or non-conformance) with any specific accessibility standard or law in any jurisdiction. Third-party embedded content is governed by its own provider’s accessibility practices, which we don’t control.
